Centre Henrik Zetterberg was 31 years old when the 2012-2013 season began, his 10th in the NHL, and played it for Detroit Red Wings. He played 46 of a possible 48 games and scored 11 goals and 37 assists for 48 points, 1.04 points per game. He won the Swedish points race and finished 13th in the NHL. He also finished second in the Swedish assist race. The season was cut to 48 games by the lockout. In the playoffs he played 14 games for 12 points. He won NHL Foundation Player Award, the first Swede ever to do it.
